Delete your data

You do not need an account to delete your Madrid toilets data.

1. Open Madrid toilets on the phone where you recorded the visits or ratings.
2. Open Settings → Data → Delete my data.
3. Confirm the deletion while connected to the internet and wait for it to finish.

What is removed?

The app deletes the current installation’s community visits, ratings, unavailable reports and cancellation markers from the service. It then clears local visit history, favourites, ratings and preferences. Shared per-place totals are updated.

Only undo a visit?

Use “Undo this visit” in the place’s details. It removes that visit, not a rating you already submitted. Offline cancellations are queued until the app can connect.

Before uninstalling

Uninstalling or clearing Android storage alone does not delete community contributions. Delete through the app first. Copies you exported, shared or saved in an Android backup must be managed separately.

If you have already uninstalled or no longer have the phone, email ivan.ramirez.apps@gmail.com. We will help where we can, but without the installation identifier we may be unable to identify your old contributions. Do not send private visit history to a public issue tracker.
